It was our dream and hope that Brighton Water Shoes could be made in Brighton, but this sadly proved impossible. We are hoping so one day and always striving to reach this dream. Designed here in Brighton, they are currently manufactured in China by a wonderful company who we speak to on a daily basis – they are now an extension of our team and their high quality workmanship is unbeatable!

We offer two different delivery options – tracked 48 hrs with Royal Mail and tracked 24 hrs with Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3:30pm will be sent out the same working day. We will be in touch if there are any potential external factors causing delays.
We are committed to our environment on both land and water. All our water shoes are sent in a 100% compostable packaging.
Whilst we do everything we can to avoid any delays or problems with on-time delivery, things sometimes might be out of our control. If your item has not arrived by the time you expected, please email us at hello@brightonwatershoes.co.uk and we will look into this for you right away.
Returns & Exchanges of your water shoes
We are happy to refund payments for returns to Brighton water shoes within 100 days of placing an order as long as the items are returned unworn and with no damage. Please contact us at hello@brightonwatershoes.co.uk if you want to return an item and we will send you a return address. The water shoes will need to be sent back to us with at the customers expense and once received, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
Please note – refunds do not include the original delivery costs. We also recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your receipt as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns.
We are happy to exchange our Brighton Water Shoes within 100 days of placing an order for another size or colour as long as the items are returned unworn and with no damage. Please contact us at hello@brightonwatershoes.co.uk if you want to exchange an item and we will send you a return address. The water shoes will need to be sent back to us with at the customers expense and once received, we send you your chosen pair of new water shoes free of charge with no additional postage costs.
