Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
Applicants must be aged 18 years or over to apply for the Brighton Water Shoes Ambassador Club.

Acceptance into the Ambassador Club
You will receive an email confirmation within 2 weeks of applying to the Brighton Water Shoes Ambassador Club if you have been accepted. Applicants who are not successful will not receive an email.

If accepted, the email will include a code to redeem a beach pack containing: one pair of adult water shoes (from the regular range), one microfibre towel, and one beach cup worth £56.47.

You will also receive a bespoke 10% discount code to share with your friends, family, and followers.

UK Shipping Only
The Brighton Water Shoes Ambassador Club is currently available to UK delivery addresses only. Ambassador packs and annual ambassador shoes can only be shipped to UK addresses.

Ambassador Membership
Ambassador membership is reviewed annually in March and may be renewed at Brighton Water Shoes’ discretion. Renewal will depend on factors such as how often content has been shared and how frequently discount codes have been used.

Membership numbers are capped at 50 active ambassadors.

Content Expectations
Ambassadors are expected to share content regularly, particularly during the main beach and sea swimming season.

Our ambassador programme is built on trust, so we encourage people not to apply unless they genuinely plan to take part.

Annual Ambassador Water Shoes Pair
Ambassadors who remain active in the programme will be eligible to receive one free pair of Brighton Water Shoes each year.

This pair may be for the ambassador themselves, a loved one, or a child, provided the shoes are genuinely worn and featured in content.

Annual pairs are not intended to be gifted without being used or shared on social media.

Brighton Water Shoes reserves the right to decide whether annual ambassador membership is renewed.

Discount Codes
Each ambassador will receive a unique 10% discount code.

Codes are intended for sharing with friends, followers, and communities and must not be promoted on discount code websites or forums.

The 10% discount code will work across the whole Brighton Water Shoes website and can be used in conjunction with most other coupons on the website.

Commission
Once an ambassador discount code has been used 50 times, Brighton Water Shoes will get in touch to discuss moving the ambassador onto a paid commission structure. Commission is paid monthly.

Commission is only paid on completed orders and may be adjusted if orders are cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Brighton Water Shoes reserves the right to amend commission terms at any time.

Tax Responsibility
Ambassadors are responsible for declaring any commission earnings for tax purposes.

Not an Employee or Representative
Ambassadors are not employees, agents, or official representatives of Brighton Water Shoes.

Ambassadors must not present themselves as acting on behalf of Brighton Water Shoes and must not make claims or promises about the brand, products, delivery times, refunds, or policies that are not stated on our website.

Brand Use
By joining the programme, ambassadors agree that Brighton Water Shoes may repost their content across our website, email marketing, and social channels.

Ending Membership
Brighton Water Shoes reserves the right to end ambassador membership at any time if the programme is misused, if activity drops significantly, or if the ambassador is no longer a suitable fit for the brand. Our ambassadors are also able to leave the club at any point, please email hello@brightonwatershoes.co.uk to do so.

Content Must Be Appropriate
Ambassadors must not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, or damaging to the Brighton Water Shoes brand.

Brighton Water Shoes reserves the right to end membership if content shared by an ambassador is deemed unsuitable.

In rare circumstances, if the programme has been misused in a way that harms the brand, Brighton Water Shoes may request that beach packs be returned.

Changes to the Programme
Brighton Water Shoes reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw the ambassador programme and its benefits at any time.
